Collection and Delivery Information

All hampers, gift boxes and contents are subject to availability.  If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the replacement will be of equal or greater value.  If we are forced to change the basket/box we will make every effort to contact you to discuss this first.  We advise early ordering to avoid disappointment.

Please try to allow at least 24 hours for us to prepare your hamper for collection, although under some circumstances it may be possible to prepare it while you wait.

Hampers can be collected at a pre-arranged time during opening hours (Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm).  Additional opening hours in December.  Please contact us for details.

Free deliveries in the Lerwick area will take place on 19 December.  Orders for delivery must be received by 16 December.  Delivery to any other area of Shetland can be discussed.

The Post Office advise allowing ten days for standard parcel post delivery.  Orders will be dispatched by this method unless otherwise stated.  Orders must be received by 9 December for this method of postage.
